Currently, insurance companies do not cover our ketamine treatments or consultations. We do accept HSA and FSA funds if you utilize those accounts in your health care. Some insurance plans cover different forms of ketamine treatment, however these options are normally difficult to find and expensive. At Joyous, we do everything we can to keep our service and treatment plan as affordable as possible, because we believe that mental health care is a priority and not a privilege.

If you chose the $159/month flexible plan: You can cancel anytime by completing the off-boarding form (found in your Automated Actions link, or request it at [email protected] or text (844) 774-0909). After your first 3 months, your rate automatically lowers to $129/month. If you chose the $129/month commitment plan: You can cancel anytime, but if it’s within the first 3 months, the remaining months in your commitment must still be paid. After that, your plan becomes month-to-month. For both plans: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, your subscription stays active until that period ends but won’t renew. If medication was dispensed within 14 days of your next billing date, that payment will still be processed, then your plan ends.
